AMERA is an online resource center which is set up to accept memberships online. We also provide a personal service of signing up individuals as members who wish to pay by check, money order or by using an institutional purchase order. For those requiring this special service we require the following:

1. Print the MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION FORM as found on the AMERA website.
2. Complete the form (please print clearly).
